Today, I was pretty happy because our Taiwanese company finished a launch event without big troubles.
I coordinated the event between Taiwan and Japan and did my best to maintain brand consistency. I felt pressure because our president came to Taiwan to attend the event. I thought I had to make the event perfect.
Actually, a few parts such as the logo design and the exhibited object have violated our brand regulation. However, I found that localization is also necessary to promote our product effectively. I asked our president for the feedback and he said that the event was excellent and should localize some contents to meet local cusotmers’ demands.
Tomorrow, I’m organizing photos I took at the event. Moreover, I’ll consider the story to introduce it to my colleagues in Japan. I hope that this event become the opportunity that my colleagues in other departments in Japan start to have an interest in international business.
