Removing a source of stress in advance

I have to pay attention to the way I behave recently. I don’t know why but I snap easier than before…

Today, I called the school for learning Illustrator to confirm if my reservation had been done.
Moreover I asked a few things because there was a notice that if you had booked wrongly, you couldn’t take the class even if my reservation had seemed to be completed on the website…

The staff didn’t sound friendly. That made me so frustrated. I called there because their reservation system was not customer friendly and felt anxious. I was dissapointed at the staff’s behavior and decided to change the place to take the class. The school has some places and I choosed the place where I wouldn’t meet the staff. I’d like to remove a source of stress in advance.
